When you use PolyDash inside our iOS app, this screen is closed only by tapping Close above. That action returns you to the app; we do not provide an in-page “back” link for that purpose.

1. Who we are

PolyDash is an independent iOS application for viewing prediction-market information (for example, markets and price history from public sources). This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use the app, how it is used, and what choices you have. The developer and contact details appear at the end of this document.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the PolyDash mobile application for Apple iOS and to this policy page when we link to it from the app or from polydash.online. It does not govern third-party websites or services you may open from links inside the app or this page (for example Polymarket or your email client).

3. Summary

PolyDash is built to show public market data and to let you keep a local watchlist. We do not require you to create a PolyDash account, and we do not operate our own login system in the app for this purpose. Most data stays on your device; network activity is mainly between your device and third-party APIs you choose to load by using the app.

4. Information we process

Depending on how you use PolyDash, the following categories may apply:

• Watchlist and preferences on device. If you save markets to a watchlist or adjust in-app preferences, those values (such as market identifiers and reference prices you set) are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using standard on-device storage (for example, UserDefaults or equivalent). They are not sent to our own servers as part of the core app design described here.
• Market content and metadata. When you browse or refresh markets, your device requests data from third-party endpoints (such as Polymarket-related APIs) over HTTPS. Those requests may be logged by the operators of those services according to their own policies. PolyDash displays the responses in the app.
• Charts and history. If you open charts or historical prices, your device requests the corresponding time series or related resources from the relevant APIs. Again, handling of IP addresses, timestamps, and similar technical data is governed by those third parties.
• Technical data on your device. Like any networked app, your device shares standard technical information with servers you contact (for example IP address, TLS metadata, and request headers as seen by those servers). PolyDash does not add a separate “tracking” layer beyond what the operating system and those servers already observe.
• Crash and diagnostic data. Apple may collect crash logs and limited diagnostics if you have opted in to share analytics with developers through Apple’s systems. We do not describe a separate first-party analytics SDK for PolyDash in this build; if that changes in a future version, we will update this policy.

5. How we use information

We use on-device data solely to provide app functionality: showing your watchlist, restoring your settings when you reopen the app, and computing simple comparisons you expect in the UI. We use network-fetched content to display markets, details, and charts. We do not sell your personal information as a separate product, and we do not use it for cross-app behavioral advertising through PolyDash itself.

6. Legal bases and legitimate interests (where relevant)

If you access our services from regions that require a stated legal basis, processing is generally necessary to perform the service you request (delivering app features) and, where applicable, based on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the app, subject to your rights and local law. Sensitive categories of data are not intentionally collected through PolyDash beyond what you voluntarily store locally (for example, your own watchlist entries).

7. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your watchlist contents to data brokers. Information leaves your device primarily when:

• Your app requests data from third-party APIs (their privacy notices and terms apply);
• You tap a link that opens another app or website (that destination’s policy applies);
• You contact us by email or phone (we receive what you choose to send);
• Apple or other infrastructure providers process data as part of running iOS or delivering updates.

For prediction-market content, please review the privacy and terms published by Polymarket and any other services your requests hit.

8. Retention

Watchlist and app preferences persist on your device until you remove them in the app or delete the app. We do not operate a central PolyDash user database for those items as described in this policy. Communications you send to support may be retained as needed to respond to you and to meet legal or operational requirements.

9. Security

We rely on industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) for network requests initiated by the app and on Apple’s platform protections for data at rest on your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you should keep your device software updated and use device passcode or biometrics as appropriate.

10. Your choices and rights

You can clear or adjust watchlist entries and related settings inside the app where those controls exist. Uninstalling the app removes its sandboxed data from your device subject to how iOS handles app data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held by us if we ever hold it in identifiable form outside your device (for example in support correspondence). Contact us using the details below and we will respond in line with applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding certain disclosures and opt-outs; because PolyDash is designed with minimal collection, many categories may not apply, but you may still contact us with questions.

11. Children

PolyDash is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes. Prediction markets may not be suitable for minors; parents and guardians should supervise use.

12. International users

If you use the app from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or on our website. Continued use of PolyDash after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy, except where applicable law requires a different process.
